Reconstruction of the Kolga-Jaani 0.72 MW boiler house
Description
The initial task of the customer was to rebuild the boiler house of the Kolga-Jaani district heating district into a modern automatic biofuel boiler house. The boiler house in use was depreciated, and the equipment and floors of the old boiler house were demolished.
The boiler house is divided into two parts – a boiler room and a fuel storage room with a hydraulic room. Within the framework of this project, a new biofuel boiler, Kalvis 720M-1, with a nominal capacity of 0.72 MW, was installed in the boiler house. The Unical Trioprex N 840 oil boiler is used as a reserve and emergency boiler in the boiler house. The type of biofuel used is wood chips of class P63, M50. The heat piping of the designed biofuel boiler house was connected to the existing heat piping of the Kolga-Jaan district heating network. The content and purpose of the work was to design an automatic biofuel boiler house that works without the constant presence of a person (unmanned).
