Description

The new biofuel-fired boiler house was built next to the existing silicate brick building. The new boiler house building to be created consists of two volumes: the smaller part is the boiler room, and the larger one is the biofuel storage. Both volumes have a roof with a low slope on one side. There is an ash container at the end of the boiler house and a rust-proof, pre-insulated metal chimney on the side. The building has three rooms: the fuel storage, which is separated from the hydraulic room by a partition open at the bottom and top, and the boiler room.

One biofuel boiler with a capacity of Nbio=950 kW and one oil boiler (reserve and emergency) was installed in the boiler room. Biofuel is loaded from the vehicle to the unloading tub, from where it is transported to the storage with screw conveyors, and from there to the feed unit using crawlers; from there, the fuel moves to the boiler. Ash removal is automatic, and the ash is collected in the one at the end of the boiler house
into the container. A pre-insulated stainless steel modular chimney with a height of 18 m is installed on the biofuel boiler and 9 m on the oil boiler.

• The boiler’s maximum allowed working temperature is at least 105˚С, and the working pressure is at least 4 bar.
